Our business valuation starts at $800 for a small business, however valuation is free when we list a business for sale

BUYER'S REPRESENTATION

In order to assist a buyer, our firm requires a formal exclusive representation agreement, and a retainer towards our buyer's representation fee. Buyer's representation fee start at $2,400, and the minimum retainer to contract our services is $1,200.

SELLER'S REPRESENTATION

In order to assist a seller, our firm requires a formal exclusive listing agreement for a duration of 12 months, with a commission ranging from 10% to 12% of the selling price.

MERGER & ACQUISITION

An M&A transaction can fall under the category of a buyer's representation, a seller's representation, or business consulting, depending on the details of the transaction.
